Noob questions

Okay, this may seem RETARDED... but how do you select all your heroes and demigods at once, or just your heroes. I think I used to know how but I just got back to playing WC3 about a month ago after like a 2 year break, so atm I have to select my heroes individually from the top left very quickly in order to escape enemies, then I gotta scour through all my men to find my demi. Also, please mention any other noob like questions that I may need to know even though I am doing pretty well, its just a few simple things I need to know.

Basically im asking how to group men, heroes, etc.

Ctrl+1 2 3 4 5 ... 0 ( Overrides the stored group with the currently selected group )

Shift+1 2 3 4 5 ... 0 ( be careful with this one... )

Shift+clicking on currently selected unit/units remove them from selection

[Tab] moves one space to the right side in the currently selected units  // [ 1 2 3 4 5 6 ] in top row and [ 7 8 9 10 11 12 ] in bottom row

[M]ove ignores enemy units ( Move target on enemy units won't attack them except follow them - not the same as rightclicking the enemy unit )

Clicking a unit has its uses, but you'd generally wouldn't do it unless you're trying to individually pull back a unit while keeping the rest in their current positions or something, and it could be used to move forward, too, if you wanted.
