We're intending to make a quick imbalance/bug fix for 2.9
so nothing huge, barely to no terrain changes and nothing to experimental.

just to increase balancement in gameplay.

suggest.

this is something like i've got sofar:
Gandy ulti nerf
balista nerf
nerfed Call of the dead: -20dmg on impact, stun from 4(2) -> 2(1) seconds.
+5 damage on knights.(dol/gondor/rohan).
size on balrog/huorn.
Tower of Ecthelion +150 range.
faramir more dmg, changed casting time on melee form and removed the 80 mana cost.
Increased Sight range on Osgiliath Main.
Rohan swordsman buyable on armory, removed militia from buy.
made lossarnach/lamedon neater.
Balrog now has 5000 hp and 15 armor. he used to have 8000 hp and 30 armor.
Gwaddyh Of Hear Harad added from start for harad. Also increased hitpoints to 850. and added Dispell magic
increased Watchers slow aura slightly from 20% to 25%.
Carchost and Narchost from 2350 hp to 2000 hp.
Reduces Throns Aura on Edo/rhun from 40% to 25%
fixed Elven Pride on mirkwood.
nerfed bombs 600 dmg -> 450 dmg.
Gave hama/erkenbrand/damrod/mablung an inventory
Lurtz has Summon Crebain as unit skill.
increased Mana Burns range from 300 to 450
imporved harads Troll Howl duration
Buffed Tainted Dagger damage and slow (goth/grima)
Checked all summon tooltips
Pirate/corsair of Umbar has tooltip and correct placing.

Nerfed Suladans ulti banner. From 25/30 ms/as -> 20/30 ms/as
mouths banner aoe increased with 50
Nerfed harlond defence
Grimbold Priority, to be tested.
increased Beacons Cooldown
Nerfed Knight bash from 20% 100 dmg 1 sec -> 15% 80 dmg 1 sec

Here is the old changelog turin, i think there is stuff youv missed, also the msot important fix migth be the fangorn spawn bug..

Bugs:

-fixed the fangorn spawnbug.
-fixed Elven Pride Hotkey.
-aragorn king level bug.
-Isengard Getting Ring end event triggers fixed

General:

-Cavalry armor now takes 140% dmg from piercing instead of 160%
-Cavalry armor now takes 180%damage from pike instead of 200%
-Heavy damage now deals 150% damage to heavy armor instead of 200%
-decay time is now 18 seconds instead of 25.
-size on balrog(bigger)/huorn(Bigger)/ents(Lower)
-Increased Sight range on Osgiliath Main.
-Rohan swordsman buyable on armory, removed militia from buy.
-Reduces Throns Aura seen on main buildings like edoras and rhun to 25% from 40%.

-Rhun spawn now spawns the variags instead of khand, YES this is not really lore(y) but we decided to try
keep the cavalry at 1 spawn thus making rhun a more important target. Also in the lore variags where known
to figth alongside the wainriders of rhun so i guess it works ok.
-Khand does no longer spawn pikemans and guldur does no longer spawn trolls.
-catapults has gained 30 more base damage and 20 more movespeed.
-Duilins slam is changed to a roar.
-Rider of Rohans is now level 3 ((was 4)means they give abit less xp)
-Black uruks elites now got 18 collision (had 30 LOL)
-fountain guards now got 14collision (had 12)
-Forgotten warrior is now level 3 (was level 5)
-Black-Uruk Elties collision is now 18 instead of 30.



Good:



Buffs:

-+5 damage on knights.(dol/gondor/rohan).
-Tower of Ecthelion +150 range.
-faramir more dmg, changed casting time on melee form and removed the 80 mana cost.
-Change forlongs heal to NUKE heal
-Buffed Faerie fire Galadhrim Priest
-dols blessing also now gives 100% faster rege.
-Theodens skill 'Ride of Rohirrim' now last 10seconds longer tottaly lasting 22seconds.
-Druedans now also got a 'slow' skill.
-Aragorns waves Final area (AoE damage) is buffed from 150 to 300.
-lossnarch spawns more royal guards lategame.
-Guard of the citadels range is now 350 (was 150)( DUNNO WTF THIS IS ACTULY LAWL)
-Rohan starts with 3 more riders of rohan.



Nerfs:
-elves lost 10 food
-rohan lost 10 food
-increased Beacons Cooldown
-Imrahils stop now got 7seconds colddown, had 5seconds colddown.
-beacon does now speed by 30% and last 10 secs less, and also has longer colddownd

Evil:

Buffs:
-Gwaddyh Of Hear Harad added from start for harad. Also increased hitpoints to 850. and added Dispell magic(Questionable?)
-increased Watchers slow aura slightly from 20% to 25%.
-imporved harads Troll Howl duration (Questionable?)
-owynvans mana regen increase
-Tainted dagger deals now 125/175/250 damage.
-Husjek Got boosted (harad troll) a bit more starting mana and a higher movement speed
-buffed Suladans +armor skill to 3/4/5 armor
-Lurtz has Summon Crebain as unit skill.
-Increase Wyrms Devour dmg from 5 to 20.
-uruk-hai swordsman now got 500hp (had 460hp)
-Guldurs defenses has been buffed abit.
-Grima is now ranged
-Sharku has now sentry ward, and Grima does not.

Nerfs:

-mordor lost 10 food
-isengard lost 10 food
-nerfed Call of the dead: -20dmg on impact, stun from 4(2) -> 2(1) seconds.

-Mordor Axe Thrower now cost 2 food.
-Dunlending Pillgers now costs 2 food.
-nazguls waves have been nerfed from 100/150/200 to 90/140/180.
-Mordors Black Uruks have lost 4 base damage.
-Wain riders now cost 3 food (did cost 2 food).
-Wain rider archer now cost 2 food (did cost 1 food).
 
Why move ward from grima to sharku? Bu yeah the changelogs look good, but since beacon is getting nerfed (which is a necessity) commence should get a minor nerf and eye should get double? cd atleast. But the main thing is nerfing call and slam on badr i guess, which is listen in the changelog. Just make these changes and it will be good imo.. Also doesn't fangorn have quite an advantage cause of the terrain?(that's after all why you reterrained for 3.0 so isen would have more places to navigate to. So fangorn should also get some kind of nerf, or isen should get some kind of buff? I didn't see any direct buff or nerf in the changelog.. (concerning north)
 
imo some of those changes in your list would need a couple of BETA tests nwg, i just want to release a 2.9b ver quick.. instead of dragging on a would be released ver like so many old vers have gone.

and about that range on citadel aura thingy, i think it lasts 10 sec.
the idea was that the fount would give an encouraging word to single units and that they encouraged units would fight harder for the duration.

since sharku is faster and there was first an idea to give grima an new start spell, and to make sharku creeping alone abit better considering he will easier scout then...

then give suldan heal less cd and pirates of umbar a bit more hp, dol axemen a bit more dmg(they have like 1/3 dmg of pillager and take alot more dmg of tower making em useles for baseraid like isen can)
leave axe thrower on 1food(or does ithilien ranger cost 2 =?)
bardruiks as/ms reduc should stil be lv able like other slams

My changelog is old i jsut posted it as refference, also turin i dont know if nerfing knigth bash is that great idea considering dol already struggles to be usefull in battles :P

also turin i suggest notting down the values of what you change and dont jsut write "colddown nerf" etc :O but i guess u havnt actuly done any changes jsut wrote down some notes,

Zuludan cud easily lose -100 mana, ye also kugel, and black uruks should not lose damage, they should get less collosion tougth, they arnt really good compare to founts becosue of the big collision they got..

banished units take 33% extra damage instead of 66% from heavy/spells
reduced Plague of the Souths casting range by 150 and reduced its Area of Effect to 400, from 500.

Sam aura affects all. Edit; after further reseearch it seems like it affects all heroes but no units, still maybe it shoudl just affect fs (thanks to kugel research inc)
Minor nerf to pippins skills maybe, gondor song and haze is possibly too powerful, hes arguably the best  hero of fs.
Slight nerf to aragorn's kingsfoil? 250/350/450 atm make it 250/325/400 maybe?  >:(
maybe increase eowyns ulti cd by 5 secs or so

This is my old post from 2.9 bugs and imbalances(u should maybe also check out that topic turin.

Mumakils should be made slightly smaller
Lots of units arent undead like uruk elite, crebains and lots of easter units
Ovatha still has too many skills
Ovatha's hotkey when picking frenzy doesnt work
Tower balance
Stairs in minas tirith(turin knows what i mean)
Faramirs change weapon skill shouldnt take so much mana (80 atm)
Some auras shouldnt last 10 seconds (if all auras last 10 secs) like witch king mana drain aura and badruik aura

At the moment i think good seems weaker now since they dont have rigged imrahil aura or rigged ents atm

edit: Treebeard should be made slightly smaller also, blocks view of when i want to target other heroes. heal,nuke etc

      Make all races able to buy units?
      Hotkey on isen when you build lumber mill is L, make it a better hotkey?
      Suladan heal range? Also suladans armor boost spell is also supposed to heal some hp i think
      Summons like forgotten warrior and dogs give too much exp?

      500 less hp on cair?
      Give loreth's dispell more range
      Guardians should take atleast 1 food
      Morgul towers should be weakened with 1000-1500 hp
      Give kurgath 20 more mana? he has many spells now, and without ovatha youre kinda doomed considering you have summon,wave and slam
      Change gondor's wall archers armor to something else than fortified?
      Lurtz' "ulti" takes all his mana...

reduced mumakil/treebeard size
ovathas Frenzy learn works now
only certain auras last 10 sec. not the imba ones.
Isen Lumber mill is now Hotkey F
cair andros -1500 hp and -5 armor now has 2500hp and 10 armor
wyrm of mordor smaller and smaller selection scale so its easier to target things underneath
gondorian archer and trebuchet are now buildings due to AI.
gondorian archer now has heavy armor.
lurtz ultimate Berserker form is now 50 mana from 150.
shagrats Fan of Knives now has 16 max targets.
 
Hotkey to buy royal guards at echtelion tower
Make loreth able to resist atleast silence so she can cast dispell...
UPDATE:
Commence should last around 30 seconds. (think it lasts a minute)
Nerf Dol scouts
seperate dol priests from normal dol spawn so its easier to sort? (like wargs is at another place in isen)
 
I would like that it was more equal late game..
Cuz i think that FS>all lategame,
And of course nerff easter but you allrdy said that, I also think easter needs more nerf than mordor
 
easter been nerfed. fs been nerfed slightly. just use elites + stunners to kill them...

its imposible to make the game 100% balanced cuz the skill gaps are to big. plus there are to many diffrent scenarios.
but we strife to make the first part of the game, untill heros reaching lvl 5-ish as balanced as posible.
after that its all about what happend who died, who got fed etc etc.
